Sober Grid is an evidence-based Digital Health platform. We fill in the gaps in the continuum of care for individuals with substance use disorder, mental health and well being by providing peer support services with proven outcomes and adaptive technologies to reduce stigma and barriers associated with individuals getting help.

Welcome to Sober Grid’s Peer Recovery Coaching Wellness Management Program!
Thank you for choosing us as one of your supplemental supports in your recovery. You will be partnered with a trained professional who also has lived experiences with substance use and/or with a mental health diagnosis. Know you are working with skilled coaches who hold certifications and are skilled in a broad range of sobriety wellness methodologies.
The program is present-centered and action-oriented to address immediate daily life challenges faced in sobriety. Your assigned recovery coach will work with you to build and manage a customized recovery plan based on your personal needs along with lifestyle recovery goals. Our approach focuses on developing the effective thinking, behaviors, and motivation necessary to sustain long-term recovery.

Sober Grid's Coaching Approach
Coaches work with peers using a four part approach.
1) Gathering information through coaching conversation(s) and Assessment Questionnaires regarding status of coaching needs. This raises the peer's self-awareness of where they are at in their recovery journey, because everyone is in different place.
2) Identifying a peer's personal motivation toward staying sober. Coaches help peer's uncover their compelling, deep internalized desire to stay sober, because this is the hardest part of recovery.
3) Developing a Wellness Management Goal Plan to prevent relapse and achieve a desired lifestyle in recovery. The Wellness Management Goal plan is created using the gathered information regarding the priority sobriety threatening challenges to address.
4) Building a trusted coaching partnership with the peer to achieve sustained recovery and desired lifestyle. Coaches will meet regularly to review peer's progress toward their identified goals. They help peers stay on track with their goal plan and work with the peer to adjust their Wellness Management Goal plan accordingly to meet current sobriety needs.

Wellness Management Program Workbook
Is designed to develop the mental wellness, ability, and motivation to stay in recovery. It is holistic, encompassing Mind, Body, Spirit, and Personal Growth. Our handbook equips peers with the necessary life skills to handle daily life challenges without the use of substances. The workbook is used in partnership with a certified recovery coach who provides various pathways to recovery, because there's no one right way. They will ensure a tailored plan by taking into account a person’s needs, interests, and personality. Lastly, our workbook includes an important aspect of setting a peer up for long-term success which is how to maintain a desired lifestyle in recovery.

Digital Therapeutics
We offer therapeutic interventions to prevent, manage, or treat alcohol misuse or depression. The therapies are available 24/7 and can be used as a standalone treatment or together with traditional drugs. Digital therapeutics are based on established cognitive-behavioral therapy technique which is a goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that takes a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving. The aim is to provide support and change patterns of thinking or behavior that are behind patients difficulties.
